Mel joined Lindberg and Ripple in 2022, having known the team personally already. IN her role, Mel will be assisting both the insurance and the investment teams to streamline processes and optimize client data within the Client Relationship Management system. Mel takes pride in her attention to detail, curiosity, and proactive thinking, which she uses to offer ideas and input for optimization.
Related Experience
Mel previously managed a Barnes & Noble in which she handled sales, inventory, and the CRM system for events and institutional accounts. From there she became a VoIP administrator, ensuring clean data and optimized usage for high volume clients. In 2019 she and a team of colleagues started a business in which she handled data intake, organization, and utilization; product design; and marketing.
Personal Interests
Mel loves exploring new places with her dog, Igor. One of her favorite activities is hiking, which is a great opportunity for a trip to visit her sister in the mountains of North Carolina. She is also a homebody who enjoys cooking family recipes and growing exotic tropical plants.
